A group of people who are serious and responsible in their jobs
who want to plant a seed of sustainability in our lives and in our surroundings
We are
chefs, teachers, lawyers
fortune tellers, healers, engineers
photographers and patissiers.
We just want
to have a wonderful mood
a peace of mind about food
a beautiful relationship
a healthy body
a hopeful future
What can we do for others and for ourselves
Don’t just wait to receive. Be the one who gives first!
In a beautiful Japanese-style lecture hall, enjoy Japanese dance, experience wearing kimono, making wagashi, tea ceremony, calligraphy, and pottery. The rich cultural fest kicks off the lively prelude to Chuka Seika.
To implement the purpose of the Association, to expose culinary talents to humanistic knowledge in other fields in addition to cooking techniques, so as to improve their own cultural accomplishments.
Teacher Emily, who appeared in a kimono, used wagashi to create surprises and joyful memories for young people in rural areas, hoping that they will embrace their dreams when they grow up.
