This can be regarded as a jonamagashi classic. It is also the most direct design that reflects a craftsman's touch. Depending on the craftsman's daily observation and sensibility, the dynamic expression of the maple leaves is different, so even if it is an enduring classic design , it has always been deeply loved.

To present a maple leaf in such a concrete way, we must pay attention to its dynamic feeling. For example, the whole body is tilted to the right, as if the leaves are blown by the wind; the three curves extending from the center point must reasonably end near the tip of the leaf, rather than being drawn randomly, so as to create an impressionistic maple leaf.

Things to note:

  • In order to preserve freshness and prevent collision, Toukaya wagashi is stored in -24°C freezer after production, and is shipped by Black Cat Frozen Home Delivery.
  • Thaw at room temperature for about 40 minutes before eating.
  • Jonamagashi is prone to drying and cracking if exposed to the air for too long. Therefore, it is recommended to keep them in the original transparent packaging box during the thawing process.
  • Jonamagashi can be moved to a plate in the frozen state, and then covered with the original transparent lid. Just remove the lid before eating.
