Nerikiri materials - Spring

This material package is the raw material for Toukaya's Nerikiri Wagashi, including outer skin, filling, decoration, etc. Please read the following notes carefully:

  • This material does not include tools and handouts. If necessary, you can choose to purchase Wagashi ToolkitWagashi Bible and Teacher Emily’s online course
  • If materials stick to each other during transportation, just separate them
  • All nerikiri are made with low sugar, no oil and no preservatives, so the storage time is short
  • It is not recommended to freeze the nerikiri before it is shaped, because it will become difficult to handle and the effect will be compromised
  • After filling, shaping and decoration, it can be stored in a frozen environment
  • Please make sure that the transparent lid is tightly sealed to avoid water loss; if you feel that the nerikiri is too dry, you can add a little water and knead it thoroughly before shaping.
