御萩 おはぎ Ohagi
秋分節氣正是日本彼岸節時,會到墓前祭拜或祭拜神祇,使用御萩供奉; 同樣的和菓子在春季的春分節氣時則稱為「牡丹餅」 (ぼたんもちBotanmochi)。
Buddhist customs began in the Edo period. Every year, for three days before and after the spring and autumn equinoxes, for about two weeks, various Japanese confectionery shops will make this traditional snack to meet the needs of ancestor worship.

萩餅看似簡單,實則費時費工,慢火細細炒香黃豆粉、炒香黑芝麻、白芝麻後再手工研磨成粉。將蒸得軟Q的糯米,包裹紅豆粒餡,最後沾裹著香氣四溢的黑白芝麻粉、黃豆粉,保證齒頰留香,滿足您的口腹之慾。
每盒萩餅有4顆: 黑芝麻、白芝麻黃豆粉、地瓜餡、紅豆餡外皮各一顆。
