Shipping methods and shipping costs

1. Our store uses "Black Cat Delivery Service" for home delivery. The shipping fee in Taiwan is $180 (shipping fee + handling fee). We do not deliver overseas, nor is there an option to pick up at the convenience store.
2. Enjoy free shipping for orders over $2000 per address. 
3. Delivery days can be specified between Tuesday and Saturday. 
4. The delivery will be made within two broad time slots: before 13:00 and between 14:00 -18:00. If you need to specify a delivery time, please leave a note.
5. If delivery is required within one or two weeks of the Lunar New Year or Mid-Autumn Festival, due to the surge in cargo volume and busy business of home delivery companies across the province, we will not be able to specify the delivery time. Nearing three days before the big festival, the delivery date may be delayed, so please bear with us.
6. If the orderer is the same as the consignee, the invoice will be sent together with the goods. If not, it will be sent to the orderer by registered mail.
7. Please confirm whether the consignee information (name, address, phone number, delivery date) is correct. If you need to change the package after it is sent, please contact "Black Cat Delivery" customer service. If you forget the package tracking number, you can call Toukaya to ask.
8. If the item cannot be delivered as scheduled due to incorrect delivery information, please bear the re-delivery charges yourself.
9. After the goods are shipped, if they are returned without a signature, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of reshipping, and the cost of re-making the wagashi will be charged according to the order.
10. If the cash-on-delivery is not picked up without any reason, this option will no longer be available to you.
